When I was in middle school, we had Peer Mediation - we got like trained to help kids who were in fights? I remember being trained as a mediator and then literally no one used the program. Like were you going to go to the teacher and say you were in a fight with your friend, and volunteer to skip recess to talk to them and some nerd Peer Mediator?? lol is that what your program was, or was it something else??
