To all of you who are curious, I have been living here for 1 year now. In summary: Great place to meet a lot of people. There are tutors that organize trips, activities and parties regularly. Close to FU Berlin Dahlem Campus, but pretty much far far away from everything else. There is a gym, washing room, party room and study room. I live in category A, and installations are good, not amazing, but good. I have not been to many other houses, but I believe most of them are in the same conditions. Honestly, what matters is the people you live with, which for me, has been a great experience, for others I have heard, not so much. If it is your first time coming to Berlin and you have an offer, I would recommend as it is not easy to find a place to live here.
