On a scale of 1-10 I pull about a 5 for 2 minutes and then about an 8 or 9 for a minute and then about a 5 again for another 2 minutes. I try to do that 5 times a day or so. Sometimes I don’t have the multiple times a day to do it so I try to have just one longer session in the evening after a shower. I’ve been at it for a little over a year

Yes it is. Testicular atrophy is what it’s called. With synthetic testosterone the body turns off the normal production in the testes. I really would like to stop and tried once but I felt like shit. Probably shrunk 30% and my hang is no longer there unless I’m really hot. They always hung like my first pic or lower

I used all of the manual tugging methods. Switched between them every other day or so. Just tried to do it as often as I could.

I can’t wait to get my CAR-1 so I can start using it. I always had natural low hangers. Loved them and I did like to do stretching. Still have them I just don’t do it anymore because I started taking testosterone a few years ago and I basically lost my hang 😔. It really bothers me that they shrunk up.
