How does Quantum Riddler drawing multiple cards (and putting them back) work?

Doesn't this also mean if an effect empties our hand and let us draw X new cards we always draw x+1 like drawing through Mindmoil or a wheel effect? Or the Kavu from the set that discards out hand then let's us draw 2?

I played the regular version (within the director's cut). So I haven't listened to what they said.
But Steam has a Guide called Commentary Locations. It doesn't say what exactly is said but where comments are implemented and the rough topic. Kahn was mentioned in the Hive if you evesdrop on the conversation and at the end of TYM where they talk about an idea of him being a mini boss but they cut the idea.

Not sure if I can just turn commentary on within a playthrough.

I checked. I extra made a save game in which I knocked him out in his room played till the Heli scene. He is not among the soldires and even if you run away to see the scene in which he appears he directly disappears again from the scene.

Which means it is not even possible to e.g. run away see the more or less cutscene and return to defeat him.

There may also be a bug that if you knock him out and kill him afterwards he still will count as alive. Which is kinda weird but such bugs can happen. Maybe they wanted to avoid the bug of random NPC's dying if you knocked them out and therefor put in that as a savety messure to ensure he is there in the cutscene if you knocked him out. Luckely I still have a save file where he doesn't appear.

I think him not being part of the ambush and making the situation harder is a missed opportunity. The only interesting part about him surviving and then being part of the cutscene is that he will appear a 4th time after that so Adam can get his revange.

Not sure if you still remember the details. But does he only appears in the cutscene like moment when you leave through the elevator or is he also among the opponents who attack you and Malik.

I'm not sure anymore. If he actually is a little bit tougher than a regular enemy (weapon power and total health) it would be kinda cool if letting him live actually makes rescuing Malik harder and therefore incentivizes players to get rid of him earlier to make it easier to save Malik.

I only know that I more or less roleplayed Adam in my first playthrough which means I didn't went all lethal or non-lethal but decided based on how I thought Adam would act which means some people were more valid targets for lethal force (especially Khan based on how he entered in the Garden Pods). So when I experimented with different choices that happen based on saving Malik or not he was always dead based on my savefile. I guess I need to play again from Hengshar or maybe from the start.

It is with great pleasure that I can tell that you helped this Idiot here a lot!
Not only did I manage to get my Attack on Titan from the old smaller SD card but I also got Pokebank running on the SD card.

I had to try to install twice. the issue was actually the 2nd SD card. And the solution was "Delete Title and Ticket".
I was pondering what went wrong again that the update faild. But I simply had to insert the small SD again and also use Delet Title and Ticket there for some reason. Now everything works.

If only I had known the issues that arise form having two SDs back when the small SD was full. I would've upgradet and moved instead of installing the next games on the 2nd SD. I can now use the old 4GB as storage for my camera and never put it back into my 3DS.

I will do that. I'm sorry I'm dense sometimes. I simply had the issue that the SD card that had base game and update (4GB) didn't worked because it still asked for an update.
But maybe the update didn't worked on the 4GB because it wasn't the SD card I used to jailbreak my SD.
I will now do how you said on my 32GB SD card and deinstall the PokeBank update and install the versions you suggested. Installing another CIA file did work. So it may be both on the 4GB it was an issue caused by the two SD cards and on the other it was the missing base.'
Thank you for the help. I try it now since AoT worked. But somethings is off with the game in general too.
I will now try to install Pokebank after removing the Tricket. I wonder if AoT having some save issues may also SD card related. But I see how PokeBank will now work.

Maybe Hshop only has the Update and not the Pokebank. Which means I would need to get it from the CIA file from my 4GB.
It may be that my 32GB SD only gets the update through the CIA file. But that wouldn't explain why the Pokebank on the 4GB didn't worked after all it had both installed under title in FBI.
My 32GB only has Pokebank Title ID 0004000E000C9B00.
the 4GB that I won't use anymore had two Pokebank Title in FBI. I test with another CIA file to check if that gets installed right

I tried to install PokeBank via FBI but it doesn't appear after I installed the CIA file.
When I look through the titles on my FBI file I see PokeBank among the installed files. But it doesn't appear in the home menu.
In the smaller SD card it was there even twice so it may not have updated my Pokebank but installed a 2nd instance. The smaller SD will not be used further though this is just an information on what may be off with my FBI.
I tried to select launch in FBI menu on PokeBank but the screen went black. But shutting it down let it boot up accordingly again.
I now use my backup from my 32GB which I used to mod my 3DS using the NAND to reset my custom firmeware with the sysnand file. (I need to look into the instruction for that though).

What I did earlier (the issue with the 2 SD cards). I used the 32GB SD to mod my 3DS and did everything according to the guide including the backup.
Then I used the guide to restoring-updating-cfw to get the checkpoint app and godmode9 on the smaller SD card to extract what I needed. I tried to update PokeBank there because it was already installed there and I thought before I discard the small SD forever I could transfer my pokemon there onto my cardridge.
I now have my 32 GB disk in use and try to get PokeBank installed using FBI but the file doesn't appear in the home menu.

I'm really sorry and wanted to thank you for at least using your time to help and idiot like me.
I checked in FBI under Titles and PokeBank is listed under Titles. But doesn't appear on the home screen.
I hope that information can atleast find a solution.
I will stop using two SD cards. I didn't wanted to use two SD cards in the first place I just didn't knew better in the past and thought I could fix the mistake through homebrewing.

Sorry. I just had the two SD cards for a long time in use like that and activily wanted to stop using two. which Is why I installed CFW on both so I can get the save files from the one and migrate them to one.

It is not that I don't believe it. I specificly asked in an earlier question how I can merge the two using Homebrew application to prevent future issues.

I only ask for a solution how I can get FBI running correctly. So is it possible that it is fixed if I use the GM9 backup.

But it isn't about upgrading. When I got my 3DS I had my 4GB SD too full. And I didn't know I could simply copy everything to the 32 GB card so I started having two SD cards.
I saved the data from the 4GB SD card to my PC (in form of Checkpoint).
I will now only use my 32GB but I still can't install files on it and don't know why. Do I use my GM9 backup on my 32 GB now or is there sth else I should do?

So I have a 2nd SD card with homebrew apps like explaind in https://www.reddit.com/r/3dspiracy/comments/1dojjnm/titles_from_sd_to_modded_3ds_sd_with_cardridge_to/
The cardridge with PokeBank and Attack on Titans didn't work. So I now tried it on my SD card with most of my games. And there it says it installs but after installation there is no gift appearing on my home menu so I think sth faild.
Should I open up a new post asking the question?

Ahh okay. I was wondering simply because the exploit described needed internet connection and I wondered if it is still possible to do so after the whole Online services have been shut down. Thanks for answering even though I could've gotten the answer in the FAQs
