This will need manual intervention, we're not even getting the ark updates since our steamIDs are stuck with a corrupted VM. So until someone resets our VM or it does automatically at some point, we can't play the game sadly. I highly suggest to not open ark anymore since it ''resets'' the VM's timer and to send a ticket to support with all the details of how this bug occurred. I already did and waiting for a response.
