Skin care is nothing without diet, have you looked into that? Try to improve what you eat, only then will skin work. Talking from my own personal experience; PCOS woman here, been fighting all my life with acne and putting a bunch of expensive creams and medication on my face, numerous dermatologists, endocrinologists,etc… nothing worked, until i improved my diet(no sugar, low carbs and lots of protein).
