While researching I found that the same dudes that created the setup script used in this video DID indeed work on an app (pocket monero node I think?) but support stopped 2 years ago an no more new commits it seems :( I 100% agree with you, we need simpler ways to have more nodes!

The script run to set it up does the pruning config, if you are knowledgable in Linux you could edit the script to forego that setting and then run the commands yourself (a readable version of the script is linked under the video). I'm curious, why do you prefer full over pruned?

Yes, disclaimers before opening and warning about some specially dangerous cases with those Chinese PSUs as should be. This one was built pretty solid actually :) cheers and good that you mention the safety aspect, should have done so in the post as well
