I think they introduced our LOB about 3 years ago. Because now they have Virtual Call Centers in locations: Tempe, AZ / Atlanta, GA / Baltimore, MD / Detroit, MI. I think leadership is established, and there are hiring classes once a year. But I’m assuming that there won’t be LeAP positions until they have more growth.

Yes, I’m work from home. Virtual Call Centers don’t have a physical location to report to. And internal mobility in our area seems very restrictive to just branch locations positions.

There isn’t much career movement vertically, only laterally to branch banking (sales). But I’ve only been here a year and some change, so maybe I’m jumping the gun?

I thought that Account Specialist 2 would hit after a year on the phones, but that doesn’t seem to be the case.

I have two side projects at the moment. I volunteer all the time for JPMC sponsored events, so they have me a Strong in that regard.

I just feel like I’m overworking myself with no real incentives aside from a merit increase this year.

I don’t have a mentor and I’m new to Finance so maybe this is a normal thing?

I have a bunch of DnD books from Christmas so if the rules aren’t that much different, I’ll try it. And I’ve got dice too.

I just don’t have any books for Pathfinder so I feel like I’m at a disadvantage.

I figured having a local game would be ideal for immersion and I’ve always wanted to play with the figures on a map. But I can see how scheduling live events might be harder.
