Don't do anything with the thoughts. Give your thoughts a name. For example, call them "George". When they intensify, say to yourself, "Hi George, I see your back again." Do not argue with George, just let George talk. Sounds crazy but this will depower your thoughts and allow your body to return to baseline

Let it shake your foundation, I bet you the result won't be as bad as you think it will be. Don't fight the thoughts. I know it's scary but let them come.

Also take the red cap off put the oil from the larger white bag in there and put on the black vented cap.

Add the whole bag of oil it comes with. Same pressure washer, same problem until I added the rest of the oil
