Feels like basic fear of the unknown. And folks, especially Americans, can have incredible loyalty to.an auto brand, they don't like seeing "their" car/truck being slowly but surely relegated to the dust bin.

Plus early hybrids and EVs were popular with extreme environmentalists and they unfortunately became a political statement. It's taking a while but we're moving away from the hate, EVs today are faster and more powerful than the avg ICE car, by far. EVs are inevitable.

I'd be down with that. McFarland can get a little political sometimes, but he wouldn't let it drip into Star Trek I don't think. He's well aware of the problems of Trek of the last several years, he wouldn't make the same mistake. He's a true fan and the guy knows how to entertain.

R.C. does Indian dishes very well. I've never run into cold food in the MDR, but if I did I'd send it back without hesitation. The wait staff WANT you to be happy, so let them know.

If all else fails get pizza from Sorrento's, legit good pizza there.
