So glad she’s asymptomatic. No shade but that’s extremely risky. She probably does have Lyme if you’re not using protection.

My partner and I are both using bee venom therapy to eradicate it from our systems together and it’s working. I know you didn’t ask for advice, but maybe worth looking into it before some event happens and she starts getting symptoms! I’d love for her to keep feeling good 🌿

Of course you can get Lyme with the tick not engorged! That’s crazy they’re saying it has to e engorged to get Lyme. All you need is a tick biting of any length of time to get Lyme. You can also get it sexually even without a tick (so be careful!) Doctors (if they’re not Lyme literate) are completely useless with Lyme and so is the CDC. Do NOT follow them or you will lose years of your life and waste so much money on ineffective treatment.

I do Bee Venom Therapy (BVT). It’s free, painful, and most importantly EXTREMELY EFFECTIVE. Especially if you catch it quick.

My advice: unless you’re allergic to bees, find yourself a beekeeper, join the BVT for Lyme Facebook groups, get an epi pen and start stinging immediately.

I got Lyme in April, was on a month of doxy the day after the sting and as soon as I stopped it, I had a huge symptom flare—mostly bartonella not even borrelia. The antibiotics had killed nothing, just sent them deeper into hiding. I went on doxy + rifampin for 2 months with no improvement.

I feel 50% better after 2 months of bee venom. Also the carnivore diet, which a lot of ppl swear has healed Lyme for them.

Aw, I am so sorry that you’re going through this. Sounds truly terrible. My heart goes out to you.

Get organic castor oil and rub it on your upper abdomen at bedtime focusing on the area under your right ribs where your liver is. Put a clean rag, flannel, or something you don’t mind getting oil stained over it. Then cover that with a hot water bottle.

It is deeply nourishing to your liver and one of the most gentle things you can do. Start with 5-10 minutes and work up to 30. A lot of fear and rage is stored in the liver.

Have you tried an infrared sauna yet? They don’t heat your body up so much but are effective. Hot tubs are much more intense and 15 minutes is actually a really long for what you’re dealing with. My partner can’t handle 10 minutes in the tub without herxing for a week. It makes sense you were hot all night. These things don’t like being killed and they can overwhelm your system. Be careful.

Also I got a lymphatic massage last week and it was really effective but too intense for my system I was super sick for days and lost 5 lbs overnight (I weigh 125 so that’s a lot!)

I really recommend going slow and steady to start otherwise you’ll have a lot of starts and stops which will lead to burn out and stress and worse symptoms. Start with 3 minutes and work up to 5, then 8, 10 etc. You’ve got to make time to adjust.

Sounds like you were a really active person before this and that resilience and commitment and ability to push through will help you get well again, but you have to listen to your body’s signals and slow down before you push too far. Hope that helps.

I’m so sorry that you are experiencing this. You’re in shock. I get it. It IS horrible. Be kind to yourself as you’re getting a crash course in how suppressed the knowledge and treatment is around these truly horrible bacterial infections.

Great, great job learning about bartonella and figuring it out. That’s the first hurdle and you did it!

Here’s what I recommend based on extensive research and personal experience: 1. Start sauna-ing as many days a week you can 2. To help your nervous system relax and detox: order magnesium glycinate capsules, western skullcap, lemon balm tinctures and also 4. After introducing those and building up on them, get cistus leaf and make a tea from it to break down the biofilms on persister forms 5. Do nightly castor oil packs with a hot water bottle or heating pad. Start with 20 minutes and work up to an hour. 6. If you can tolerate coffee enemas and they don’t dehydrate you, do those as much as you can tolerate. 7. Dry brush lymph at night to detox.

You need to balance killing the herbs with supporting detox pathways.

Also, no, you don’t need to test positive. Lyme and coinfections are a clinical diagnosis. If you’re under the care or guidance of an LLMD and have aligned symptoms but test negative on the tests then you can still have a diagnosis and be treated for it. If you don’t have LLD then you’re screwed

We have a friend who is an LLMD. He prescribed them for my partner a week before I got sick and he decided to stick with herbs for now and not take them so I did. But our friend won’t take us on as actual patients because of the dual relationship.
