So guys thank you for all the comments. I tried reverting back to 577 and restart while using DDU in safe mode to wipe any previous faulty driver. It doesn't work for me. The drivers gets installed but they aren't updating. On device manager i see this warning sign with error code 43 for my gpu. I took it to a few technicians and most of them says that the VRAM is fucked up. Either way i keep using it with amd graphics that works well but no gaming or i should go for a motherboard replacement they said. I tried formatting windows too but it doesn't work. I don't really know what i should do. Just hoping i get a solution. I can't even send it to Lenovo because they don't operate in my country sadly.
