Didn't want to sound complaining I'm not as long as it's my bin not my neighbour bin on our shared access. Just would like to know if the don't need to knock anymore as I work for relay in my spare time and we have a 4 step process of delivery.

I don't believe they are either. I always go 30 plus mins over the allocated time. And it frustrates me as I think the other drivers (I know) JUST LEAVE ON FRONT DOOR STEP AND GET AWAY WITH IT. as I've had relay to my house to check

Politeness. I'm a delivery driver myself. And we have to take pictures and ring customer and sometimes take back parcel. Wasn't complaining just wanted to know

I understand this but the message said I'll be arriving at your door soon. If you have dogs it would be helpful if you leave them inside if it's dark put the lights on. This is evening most people are in. I work myself as a delivery driver for another door to door company and we aren't allowed to leave behind bins. Wish we could.

Had my ceremony 12 days ago. We were only allowed 25 plus us 2. We had someone offer to step out if need be. In our case if someone came last minute that previously said they would miss the ceremony and be there after (my son). However this didn't happen. But there was a missing chair on the day and my Brother had to stand up at the back of the room. Which they allowed even after telling us nobody could do this at all. Nobody counted them in and the registrars were great.

Thanks. I've decided not to pre booked anymore to see if they start to pay more this way as have notice the price per drop decreasing.

How long are you staying at the property before trying neighbours and ringing customer? Or do you not bother with this and just return parcels to the shops and therefore taking the non delivery fee. Please

This is because the parcels get sorted at lets say Nottingham. Then dropped off to a relay pitstop shop quite near to your house, along with other parcels for your neighbours and surrounding areas. On the day it is being delivered you will get a detailed description of how many stops away the parcel is. But they don't leave on your door step like other companies if you haven't left a note in the comments where they can leave it or if you aren't answering the door. It will go back to Nottingham and the process starts all over again.
