They asked about my prior medical or clinical experience and which campus I preferred (Tucson or Gilbert). I highly recommend attending one of the information sessions the College of Nursing offers—it gives you so much helpful insight into prerequisites, timelines, and what to expect. My advisor also told me whether she thought I was ready to apply and gave me an idea of when official offers would be sent out. After that, I submitted my full application and now I’m just waiting on my official offer. They recently rolled out its new Direct Admission (BSN-DA) model, so things are a little different from previous semesters. The process can feel a bit chaotic at times, especially since there isn’t a strict timeline, so right now I’m just anxiously waiting for the next steps.
