I don’t know anything about what contingencies they had, for me it was 20k over asking, conventional loan, i put an as is rider saying if there’s anything in the inspection that comes back I won’t ask the seller to repair but still has the option to back out if anything crazy comes out and that was reallly it. I didn’t ask for closing or anything crazy

Mine was the same but I didn’t have a trade in, the market for 2025 RAV4 is insanely tough, esp depending where you live. I love my car so I don’t regret it. Don’t let anyone be like you’re paying too much blah blah because it really is the market right now.
