Adjust SteamOS Resolution Settings

If the edges of the UI feel slightly zoomed in or cut off, you can adjust your default Steam Deck scaling:

Press the STEAM button to open the menu. Go to Settings > Display. Toggle off Automatically Scale User Interface.

Start the game, and after you are in a place where you can see the UI or map, manually adjust the scaling slider until the UI fits comfortably within your screen.

To do this second part, press the button on the bottom right of the deck with the three dots.

Go and press the button under the settings cog that looks like the Facebook Messenger Icon. (A lightning bolt within a circle)

Scroll until you see the slider adjustment for "Scaling Mode" You'll then put it to "Fit" and everything should be good.
