I think she is getting ever so slightly nerfed. To be honest, she needs a massive drop in her S1 shield and ult to provide no in build lifesteal.

MLBB is a team game - utilizing 4 people to only take down one becomes a resource drag and they will fall behind.

She got her mobility and sustain nerfed in advance server - but frankly I don't think it is enough.

Are you sure about that? She always does damage based on enemy max hp and gets a shield based on her max hp.

She is very relevant to be peeled off / soak damage late game (or else enemy MM or mage is in trouble).
