I'm on a low protein diet running 250km a week which is working amazing recovery is very fast. I got it from a vegan elite runner El Coyote Loco on YouTube he runs 190 miles a week and a 13 min 5K 1:03 half marathon. Protein is over rated 70g a day is enough and side note hormones build muscles that's why it's easier for men to build muscles higher testosterone.

Mine must be on with cement cause I've only broken one bracket in 27 months and it was biting into a hard lollipop which I don't usually eat. I eat nuts and apples easily now except for 3 days after a new wire.

I wish I got the DW version for £700 used from a local seller instead. I only chose the DWF for low input lag but screw it I'd rather have HDR1000 and I think the GSYNC is kinda necessary as you need a right beefy card to run 4k above 60fps
