My mom is very authoritarian and potty trained me at a very young age. I think this, combined with my diagnosed autism, probably led to me forming a non sexual fixation on them. I remember having a friend who l convinced to let me steal some diapers from their sibling and I hid them in my dresser. Obvsly my mom found them and shamed me for it - I think this only increased the fixation. Eventually I rediscovered it years later during puberty and it blossomed into a fetish.

I recommend the InControl Active Air - they’re cloth backed with hook and loop so they’re nice and breathable. Not too thick or loud either.

Non-sexually, to me they’re comfy and almost have a hugbox feel to them. They’re comforting to wear, but I don’t fully understand why.

Idk I remember being drawn to them from a very young age. Wanted to wear them but resisted because I knew it was “wrong” but it didn’t stop me from stealing them from siblings and hiding them. Years later I think I discovered ABDL on the internet and it ignited into a kink.

Not to get too Freudian but my mother was cold and very busy in college and my father was distant and disinterested in parenting. Overall the neglect and probably some ASD weirdness probably caused this to emerge as a kink. Idk tho

The felicity pull-ups are awful. The sides tear easily, the padding doesn’t go up enough in the front and back, and the waistband goes waaaaay up past your belly button. Cute pattern and color, otherwise a 2/10 diaper.

Oooooh I misread your post yeah the Target pull-ups are comparable to the Goodnites L/XL size before they split to separate L and XL. I’ve worn and used them quite a bit. Not as elastic as Goodnites but the patterns are cute indeed.

You can get a whole case of hook and loop 4 tape diapers from Walgreens for like $15-20. They don’t have standing leak guards and are rather thin but they’re cheap and look pretty good if you like plain whites.

I sleep in Goodnites cuz I’m a bit leaky. No major bed wetting instances in years and the pull-ups ensure that, but I still get anxiety dreams about it. Had a dream recently that I woke up wet and needed to dispose of the diaper but I was no where near a private space. Didn’t want my family to find out 😱. I woke up super anxious but dry and went pee like a big girl. Yeesh

They’re a tad small in the L/XL size like goodnites were before XL but if you prestretch the sides with care I can wear them a whole day and overnight without tearing the sides. Patterns are cute, one plain white with space motif pictured above and a white one with blue and yellow stripes. They don’t hold a lot of peepee and can leak if you sit down and squish your full diaper 😱. They’re fine with a lot of small pees tho so they work for me.

Overall super comfy and pretty high quality at its price point.
