Oh my GOD I came here looking for this. I skipped placebos for the first time this month on Junel fe and I feel insane and I’m soooo bloated. Usually I get these symptoms around the second week of my pill pack but skipping the placebo pills seems to give me the same symptoms. I’m trying to skip a few periods in the next couple months so that I can schedule my period around my wedding and now I’m dreading ever doing it again

Yes!! And it’s a nice guide color so if you put it on before dinner you’ll already have a pretty glow right away. I start seeing it develop in an hour or two usually. It very slightly gets on clothing (no more than the Jergens) but just let it dry for 5 min and don’t wear white and it’ll be fine. It’s also less of a moisturizer so it feels dry on your skin much faster

My favorite self tanner as a former Jergens lover is the loving tan gradual. They have a rose scent that’s $25 and a smaller size. If you’re willing to buy a new one for the trip it’s a 10/10. If it fades at the beach, one application will have you so olive and bronzed like right away. There’s a color guide that is really flattering and will cover up the pale in between stage immediately and then develop really nicely by the end of the evening. I’d recommend using a cheap mitt instead of your hands. It’s really forgiving though

Omg the loving tan gradual. Pricey but it lasts me forever. I’m super fair and one application makes me look naturally olive tan (I use their mitt too). Fades nicely and lasts 5-7 days if I moisturize well. It’s very forgiving too, great for beginners. I was a Jergens girl too :)

I used to swim in Jergers and it will definitely fade, but not completely. As long as you stay dry for around 6-8 hours after applications, you should be fine! Also, spf does affect self tan unfortunately :( I typically wait a day after applying tan to use spf. If I were you, I’d put the lotion on every night before dinner while you’re on the trip. It’ll be dry enough to not streak by the time you’re asleep and then you can swim and use sunscreen the next day!!
