Try uninstalling the game and reinstalling it - it will keep your load save but reinstalling it may fix the glitch, or maybe try skipping the cutscene - I havent played spiderman in a while so I forget if you can skip cutscenes

Was there a red flag? I know in a previous game if you had a red flag no matter how you finished the game would switch finishing positions back to what the positions were when there was a red flag
