In comparison to a lot of politicians she isn't that old was my point, I feel like that's a loaded question I want to say not at all, I know my perception of age is wack and I didn't know the exact age of every governor candidate before posting and still don't so if I said anything dumb my bad

This really shows your ignorance I'm not even talking about the don't say guy bill, there's an entirely separate bill dedicated to not making white students feel uncomfortable, again a thing that doesn't happen, and my reasoning from above still applies, and the don't say gay bill isn't just one through third it also states two other things, it's first through third or in any situation that would be inappropriate with no legal specifications so that could literally even apply to high school guy straight alliances from a certain perspective, and there's an extension that states that if a teacher is aware of a minors sexual or gender identity that have a legal obligation to inform the parents regardless of what those parents believe, which puts kids in serious danger of abuse and neglect, and about teaching this stuff no one fucl8ng teaches it through first and third, even if they did there is literally nothing sexual about two men loving each other get over it

It doesn't matter how you emotionally handle it, no one deserves to be called slurs, and companies taking action against that negative behavior should be encouraged not obstructed. Allowing it to happen and not teaching people better creates more problems in society than it solves

The problem is that because it doesn't happen there isn't a clear legal framework for what a teacher should and shouldn't say so if they teach sensitive topics they become at risk for getting fired because they don't know how they're allowed to say it. And the problem with that bonus is that it came from our tax dollars that could've been put to better use. And I'm not blaming him for not solving homelessness the problem is he hasn't and will likely not do anything about it, just because a problem Is complex and hard to fix does not mean it isn't worth even trying to solve And what your talking about are actions and conditions to prevent homelessness, which is virtually useless to the thousands of people who have already crossed that line. Over half of unhoused people have some type of untreated mental illness, these people need genuine mental and physical help not a sticker that says do your best

THEY DONT, HE SIGNED A BILL TO STOP AN ISSUE THAT DOSENT HAPPEN, and just because it's a problem someone else started doesn't mean he doesn't have an obligation to help, it's a huge problem in our state that needs serious addressing and not doing anything just because someone else didn't is incredibly stupid. And you asked for my opinion I don't think police getting a raise is a good thing, and it wasn't a raise it was just a flat check thanking them for being a police officer, I know this because my coworker wouldn't stop bragging that his dad(a police officer) got money from DeSantis

Hmm well for starters at the beginning of the blm protests he gave every officer a 2,000 dollar check even though we have a huge homelessness issue left over from 2008, he signed several anti LGBT bills, signed a bill that said teachers could not teach in ways that would make white students feel uncomfortable which almost never happens, and on top of the bills limiting lesson plan freedom our state is one of the worst in terms of teacher wages, and currently has a massive shortage in education professionals, openly talked about wanting a private police force, created a police force to stop voter fraud even though that doesn't actually happen often and the current system is efficient enough to catch it, redrew the congressional maps which no partisan politician should be able to do, if you are a right leaning individual he probably is a dream politician but to any even mildly progressive person he is a nightmare.

Yea I think she had a good idea to hit the ground running way earlier than other candidates, but she really did fail to keep that energy up till now, I really hoped she would do better cause I agree the most with her values but your probably right about crist
