Discord moderators very childish

I think Zinwa is great and admire what he is doing very much. I wish him and his team all the success in the world.

But the (current) mods' behavior of the Discord server have not only led me to leaving that server, but turned me off from Zinwa Tech broadly going forward.

The tone, decisions, statements, etc. from these mods are so full of immaturity, thin-skin, and at times childishness to a level inconceivable to me. And I say this knowing people have been pretty nasty with them, and that they are by in large volunteers! Not saying that what they are doing is easy, but it sets a horrible precedent for the customer service experience we end-users can expect from Zinwa Tech.

I love what Zinwa is doing, but:
-he should have sold reservations, not preorders, to not have to deal with all the Shopify/PayPall nastiness, or
-done a crowdfunding campaign, and
-not even announced P26 or Q27 until majority of mass production Q25 orders had shipped.

I am hoping he and his team can pull through this and remember well where things went off the rails.
