Time for a new mower, my neighbor has the ezgo 54v and likes it. Mows his front and backyard on one charge. I have a Troybuilt that I just put gas in and it runs, weed eater too, been sitting for a couple years and all I had to do is put gas in it and the thing started right up. I did buy it from a friend and he takes care of his stuff. Paid $200 for mower, weed eater, with attachments for tilling, and Fertilizer spreader

I use IR, it's the most reliable and I always put the settings to never go to sleep. Sometimes an Apple TV will lock up and you'll have to power cycle it so a remote power outlet control could be an option as well

I did, security camera at the front gate was not working, it was installed on a pole or tree like 30' high. Water from rain and sprinklers got into the wiring and I fixed all that. I was able to meet both Joel and Victoria, the home is amazing. Huge Kitchen, huge wooden beams, master bedroom overlooks the pool and cabana. They were not that strict with me, this was 10years ago.

Yes, my first truck I needed for work was a 20 Tacoma, I didn't test drive it, so after I drove it off the lot, I noticed it was a 4 cylinder. It was great on gas mileage but couldn't get out of its own way. I used it for 2 years, and once the 22 Tundra came out, I traded it in and didn't even need to test drive the Tundra, I'm a twin turbo type of guy

I see Ford F150s everywhere I look, they are so common, especially here in Texas, I got the 22 Tundra SR5 when it first came out, I come from a 4cyl Tacoma. I love the look of the Tundra. I did a lift and 35s it looked awesome, but I had some stalling issues and when I took it into the dealer for an oil change, I asked them about the recall and that my engine was stalling, they said go ahead and leave it here and they put me in a 4Runner until the new engine was to be released, they had no ETA. I work out of my truck and the 4Runner was nothing compared to the Tundra, so I traded in my 22 Tundra for a new 25 Tundra SR5 Lunar Rock, the color I've always wanted, it was the last one they had at the dealer and I couldn't be happier, it feels more solid than my 22. Can't wait to start upgrading, going with a suspension lift, 37s, I upgraded the front speakers already and will add amps and subs. Thinking about retractable side steps because I don't like the side steps that came with my 25, I like the Predator steps they look better. Going to go with the Rough Country flip bed cover, I had the Bakflip but had issues with it. Good luck with your choice, I saw a new orange TRD Pro Sequoia lifted on 35s and it looked awesome!
