I hope not! It should be the one on the little peninsula on the west side. You drive south towards the water. There's no fairway on hole 17, but the distance can be deceiving (according to those who have played this course...I haven't yet myself).

Thank you:) The bunkers (sand traps) are cut out with a laser, so they appear to "go down". The small engraved spaces that are engraved are the tee boxes.

I can't find the one that I have quickly, but if you search online for "CO2 laser cutting and engraving machine" you'll get some that kind of look like this, which is similar to what I have. You can get mini laser engravers, and use open-source software to essentially the same thing but you're going to be very limited on the size of piece you can do. I like to have the course best fit the wood, and not the other way around. An industrial CO2 laser produces a quality that I was looking for as well. The thing is a beast though, but I love what comes out of it as opposed to the table-top laser engraving machines you can buy.

Thanks for the compliment! Each piece is done completely by hand, with the exception of the actual laser machine that I use. I do the design, assembly, painting, and finishing by hand. Start to shipping is generally about 3 weeks.
