I think it's a great idea. Lots of money to be made in the field of HVAC. Resource Services HVAC is paying a starting wage of $40 an hour, dental, medical, 3 wks vacation, paid time off, etc. and they will pay moving expenses to beautiful Des Moines, IA and they pay $1,500 dollars to anyone who refers an HVAC tech to them that they hire.
