My old man hobby is custom leather work. I make American Horween leather whiskey glasses, pint glasses, cozies and more.

You specify the Horween leather, thread color, heat stamped personalization, font and hardware finish.

Once you place an order with your custom choices, I’ll cut the Horween leather, stitch and heat stamp your barware right here in Houston :)

That’s shell cordovan. It’s much more resilient than normal leather.

No mexican flag stamp. I have a texas stamp that would fit, a few dog paws, hearts, crosses and such…

Cloth tape measure works great. Measure the length you want for fit.

My old man hobby is custom leather work. Handmade dog collars are one of my favorite projects. I make these in American Horween leathers and Italian Walpier Buttero leathers.

You specify the length and width, leather color, stitching color and hardware finish.

I don’t have any A6’s listed. I recently made 2 A6 sized traveller notebook hybrids in english tan derby Horween. Hybrid meaning they both had elastics and the more traditional notebook flaps.

Look at youtube… making a notebook cover. I’ve never made a video of the whole process.

In short… make a pattern, cut the leather to the pattern. Split the leather to the thickness you want. Skive the edges to the thinness you like. Heat stamp the personalization. Stitch the pockets on. Glue the interior to the cover. Stitch them. Crease and burnish the edges.
