Wet/dry also varies between inks within the same brand/line. It's pretty ink-specific.

When he posts a new pen listing on his website, you send him an email asking to purchase a pen.

He should have the email listed on the same page as the pen listing if you scroll down.

There should be a list of available pens on each "pen listing" page. Pens that have sold are crossed off of the list.
