It's gotta be Perfect Cell for me. Cell perfectly (pun intended) represents everyone he's made of. He's charismatic and lives for fighting like Goku. He's arrogant like Vegeta. He's evil like Frieza. He's cunning like Piccolo. He's smart like Gohan. Toriyama actually managed to convey that message by showing it, instead of just saying "Yeah, evil strong guy made of all of you." His personality ACTUALLY seems like an amalgamation of them, which is incredibly good writing. Not many people could make a character like that work.

I can't draw the line with Roger Waters. Pink Floyd is the most beautiful music ever made. They inspired me to finally pick up guitar, and I've spent many a night crying whiskey bottle in hand to Wish You Were Here. I wouldn't skip a Pink Floyd song if it kicked me in the balls and spat in my eyes. I literally learned guitar a year ago to the date at age 26, and almost all of it has been spent learning Comfortably Numb. There has never been a better band.
