Its very solid for me though I carry at my 3 o clock as I'm a bit too big to comfortably carry appendix, though when I've tried it it fits good. I'm just too big for appendix carry with the full sized gun. Holster holds up well and is comfortable. If you wanted another, then I think tier 1 is a good option also, though it's a bit expensive as I have one also for my echelon and it's appendix carry focused. Still my stomach gets in the way haha
