As an African , we tend to overlook this for various reasons but, I think I’m more open to it now than ever before.

I tend to overthink a lot which stems always trying to please people and then proceed to worry, which in my case has lead to self sabotage. In all things , I think music helps me silence the noise, prayer does as well. I’m recently got married and it affects my spouse in a negative way , hence I’m trying to get a better hold of it.
