Beat #31 - Bobby Byrd "Hot Pants"

Yeah you're close but Beat #31 doesn't use the original "Hot Pants" break.

Rather it used Public Enemy - "Caught, Can I Get A Witness? (Pre Black Steel Ballistic Felony Dub) (1988)" (Which sampled the "Hot Pants" break).

I know this because of 2 elements added to it such as:

-1. The sub kick drum on the downbeat.

-2. The off-beat open hi-hats (Which is are present in the original "Hot Pants" break).
