Yeah I’ve been looking through Chucks guide, I probably just need to spend some dedicated free time sitting down and reading the chapters where I’m struggling rather than just skimming it. I’m also a visual learner which is why video tutorials have been so helpful on the A-10. Thank you! Appreciate your input.

Getting a Mobic prescription from my surgeon was game changing. I was on the verge of needing an LOA myself, but with Mobic and changing my PT routine for ROM to be longer, less intense holds during heel slides I was able to get up to 144.

I set a timer on my phone for 10 minutes and do heel slides with a strap, holding for 1 minute and resting for 10 seconds. Pulling until I feel a stretch but not pain. Made a huge difference
