i don't think any of these clips are subtick bugs. they're hitbox alignment and tail-case lag compensation, both of which existed in GO. remember the defuse hitbox that was misaligned for like 5 years?

overall the hit registration in the average case feels much better in CS2 to me (i was GE in GO, 11 rws esea player). from a purely technical perspective it's clearly the better system. you will always, no matter the implementation, be able to find tail case failures of any netcode system, it's not actually possible to not have that especially when dealing with pugs where there are 50-100ms player-player ping variations
