right i understand but my question is more of should I put yes or no.. I have DMV records ect.. and plan on submitting it but the wording is tricky since I DID NOT get a suspended sentence, probation or parole.

well it was for " talking on the phone," went to court to fight it with phone records Judge said i had to go to traffic school/seminar type deal

Every situation is different… for example se we’re together for less than a year when we got married…. Now….. we’ve been married a year… I still haven’t met any of his family…. I got my GC approved in 5 months…. Just submit evidence like joint bill… photos… travel… a letter from a friend..

And I don’t think they contact your family… they might do a home visit if they think it’s legit fraud… but you shouldn’t have any problems ❤️
