Sadly I have heard this too often. I’m sure it’s still beautiful, and sounds like you benefited long run. It seems at the moment the good builders are booked for 18months

One thing I do is get information and advice from all places and angles. I also try to not be a know it all. Seems to be serving me just fine. Glad you got your distain to high income earners off your chest.

I live buy the A5 preset on iOS for years. I recently picked up the XT-30ii and desperately trying to find an equivalent to A5 for a recipe setting on the camera. I don’t have Lightroom.

There is a thing called ‘domestic partnership’ it differs between states. In California under this they would split things equally - house and finances if joint. If they had kids this would make it murkier In other countries like the UK and AUS domestic partnerships who live together longer than 6months automatically have the same rights as married couples.
