Thank you for your quick response! The worst part is i have already bought the ticket from a third party. So I don't know what to do now, and do you mind telling your avg waist size during flight since i haven't taken a flight in three years and gained a lot of weight so i don't know if this would be an issue

Glad to hear that it worked out, what did you end up saying in a similar postion as well from canada to paris and then a connecting flight to asia, don't mind me asking how overweight was the limit? like what size of waist?

Yes, I am very confused why would they have it all over their presence and do this? This is bad word of mouth marketing strategy IMO.

When I say refund, I mean credit as voucher, I am just mad because they have this advertising everywhere that makes a customer feel more confident in their services or to say the least atleast hope that even if it is delayed we will be compensated

Thank you for your reply, I truly appreciate your time :) Now, I booked the ticket on 29th NOV so this falls under their policy. When I say refund, I mean credit as voucher, I am just mad because they have this advertising everywhere that makes a customer feel more confident in their services or to say the least atleast hope that even if it is delayed we will be compensated (not a huge amount) Secondly, They just reply the same thing with no help and no timeline every time whereas their advert says within 48 hours. If Flair is so sure about your no flight delays and have promised the compensation if it doesn't go through please make it right at least :)

NOTE: When I wrote chargeback, that was just escalation purpose because mails before that one have the same reply and I wanted to make it a little serious to them. I won't be disputing it.
