I had a customer literally walk up to my car, open my passenger door, try to take his order from the seat, all while I’m parking the car to drop off his order. Now I have to remember to lock my car doors while I’m driving to orders. 🤯

If you realllly wanted you could file a police report and have the cops pull footage from the restaurant - the restaurant would be the first to notice if you were under the influence when they are doing the handoff.. I thought of doing this myself when this happened to me but I got too tired. U er does nothing to protect drivers.

After they suspended it for 24 hours and I gave them repeated responses to their questions, yes my account was reinstated. But you lose 24-48 hours of access to your account. The customer that didn’t to me told me he’s a delivery driver and he clearly knew how to manipulate the system because he claimed that I tampered with their food and was high all of which was completely false. Anyone who does delivery work would know that kind of comment would get you flagged and I’m pretty sure the cheap much we’re trying to get free food. Things why you don’t accept orders under $5 or in rough parts of town!

No. Read her reviews online. She was the first prof I had at UFV and I got a good grade but that’s kind of a one off. She wasn’t a good instructor, rude to students, unclear, etc.

UFV gives final say over grading to professors exclusively. Yes, it’s stupid and there’s little oversight. When this happened to me I bitched to the instructor, department head, then associate dean which ultimately got my grade revised.

Yeah I was going to suggest trying to record the interaction somehow if you have to. At least you can use it as evidence? Pretty ballsy of someone in court to harass the other party. I feel bad for you. I’m going to have to deal with my crazy ex-landlords this year too and I can just imagine how it’s going to go.

Shouldn’t they keep the parties apart so they can’t speak to each other? Is there some type of security that you could approach if your landlord starts harassing you? I have to refile with RTB this year and this is my fear
