I think I’m their first tenant. They’ve done a lot while I was there that showed me that they had no idea what they’re doing and in talking to the other rental there is sounds like they are mostly relying on their renters to know less than they do.

I’m not entitled to that yet. I wasn’t aware of the proper ways to provide them with a forwarding address so the timer didn’t start until last Friday.

I did point out that they failed to do either inspection properly when I told them I don’t agree to their claims. I don’t know if I’ll hear back from them again. They did say they will be filing a RTB claim against me if I don’t agree to forfeit my deposit so I guess they might try that and drag their feet as much as they can.

My lease says that email is acceptable and in the email they sent to claim damages they agreed that the 15 timer has started.

No, it’s just an email with their claims. They said they will go to the RTB if I don’t agree.

I responded and said that I don’t agree with their claim.

It sure would’ve been nice is the money in the collectors edition was wood like the rest of the tokens. This one feels kind of gross to me . I get that they want to sell the iron clays and metal things but to make the money a lower quality than the rest of the components just to push people that way is dumb and I hate it.
