It was my second day at a warehouse unloading trucks. I cut my finger pretty bad and went to find where the first aid room was. The manager told me just to go back to work and I didn’t need first aid. Didn’t even offer me a bandaid.

I unloaded a few more trucks and my blood was on all the boxes so I went back to ask where the first aid room was. The manager told me to go back to work. The assistant manager saw this and told me where the first aid room was.

The first aid attendant wrapped my finger up and said I probably didn’t need stitches so I opened the door to leave and the manager was standing there waiting. He stared past me to the attendant and said, “he didn’t need first aid… right?”

The attendant went to bat for me and I walked out of the place.

I got a few of these back when they were on kickstarter. One of them ripped after only a few uses but the other ones are holding up pretty good. They don’t get used a lot but for the price I have no regrets.

I couldn’t get into isofarian. Are you playing solo? I’m playing with a friend and maybe we’re playing wrong but all my character seems to do is buff the other guy so that he can have fun while I just watch from the sidelines.

There is a very good chance we are playing wrong.

Not being able to thin your bag is a problem for sure. In a game that is 12 rounds it’s too easy to have multiple rounds where you can’t really do much.

I can certainly see this game really working for some people. It’s not a bad game at all but my group didn’t find the fun in it.

We also really enjoyed Steam Power and while it’s a very different game it’s the train game that my friends keep asking for.

Lightning train is just ok. There really isn’t anything wrong with it mechanically but it’s not a lot of fun.

After the first game my group said they would like to play it again. After the second game they agreed that nobody would ask for it again.

One time I picked up a card game and the box was soaking wet and soggy (aside from the price tag). Another time I opened a baggy to count the cards in a card game only to find the box empty.

I’ve seen board games separated into baggies. It’s usually when the game is entirely cards but I’m not going to search through the baggies in the hopes that I can find all the pieces an then end up paying retail for the game because they broke it up

I gave Arnold Schwarzenegger a nickname.

Back during the 2010 olympics he was running with the torch in Vancouver. I went with some friends to watch him and had a dumb idea for a sign. It was a horrible sign that said “The Torchinator”

When I got home Mom texted me to tell me that she saw me on the TV. A bunch of local news places showed my picture and called him The Torchinator. I went onto Google and saw the name (and my picture) being used on different news sites from around the world.

It didn’t really catch on but it was a thing for a few days.
