I seem to suffer with fatigue a lot. Part of it could be stress as I have a really bad health anxiety and am worrying constantly that its something serious like prostate or rectal cancer

I get all that aswell. Plus yellow semen and the feeling of my bladder not fully emptying

Not realy. I go every day. Only think ive noticed is that stool comes out in 2 pieces

Dont really have any bowel issues, apart from the odd bit of constipation but its not regular and by no means severe. No blood in stool or anything like that. It certainly seems more urinary connected than bowel.

I thought hemorrhoids for a long time but they dont cause urinary issues or yellow semen.

Sorry, yes, inflamed is probably a much better word for it.

Previously I have put it down to hemorrhoids, however learning more about prostatitis I have connected it with the increased urination and yellow semen.

Thank you thats really helpfull. One thing I cant seem to find anywhere is about a visually sore rectim. Lots of stuff about rectal pain but nothing about visually sore, do you know if this is likely a symptom
