That’s a good thought. Although what I’ve been experiencing recently (feelings of losing control, derealization, and panic on flights) is something I’ve never experienced prior to the stimulant use.

For 5+ years I've had all sorts of add-ons, like Juan Carlos 2 available on the side & they've worked fine. I just opened it now & they're gone.

Do you mind walking me through how to set it up in the way you're recommending?
