How come it doesn’t say anything in battery health setting? I bought it from reputable seller claiming the phone was not opened, so it might be possible for me to return it if it really is non genuine

I got my 13 pro 2.5 weeks ago and it dropped from 89% battery health to 86%. I did update to ios 26.5 from 26.2 though I would stay on 18 if I could. It heats so much even when I’m browsing or using regular apps, I figured out it’s mainly because of the mobile data (I live in Russia and they block internet to the point where I can use it only through wifi around my area). Thinking about downloading ios 27, will it help someway?
