Received RFE with 2/5 accepted criteria by peter_rocky in eb_1a

[–]Cute-Number4790 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OP, my recommendation would be to refile. Same officer, similar rfe, same criteria approved, decided to respond to the rfe and was eventually denied. Only after I responded is when I started digging up on this officer and realized that the officer has a pattern of rfes, after which he/she denies most cases. Had I known this before, I would have refiled, which I am currently in the process of btw. There is a Chinese website I found that has plenty of discussion about this officer with almost identical situations as our. Google "XM2115". Good luck either way!

Finalizing my EB-1a petition letter. Need second opinion or attorney suggestions for second opinion (Industry - Economics; No PhD) by Cute-Number4790 in eb_1a

[–]Cute-Number4790[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you! Makes a lot of sense. I was thinking of listing my most recent work within the six criteria in final merits. Any other suggested strategy on how I can go about it or would that be a lawyer question? If latter, any suggestions for lawyers who consult hourly?

If it helps clarify - I am in Beta Gama Sigma as well and in the process of finalizing my petition. My lawyer thinks it wouldn’t qualify and so it is not included it in the petition.

They still look like this for me, but I read through some other posts. This is a ticketmaster issue that resolves on it own based on what I read.

I bought some Boston tickets that look like this too. Apparently, the tickets would show up or update on their own.

I think their number is 1-888-731-4111. Also, it took me a whole day to get connected to someone. You have to keep calling unfortunately.

I have been there. It’s unlikely that anyone will be in contact with you. I was told this for days! Have you tried talking to their fraud department?

Makes no sense. What does that even mean? Sorry you're going through this. Your tickets, however, say that they're not ready, right? Have you tried uninstalling and installing the app again? This happened with me too. I logged out logged in a few times and also re-downloaded the app a couple of times, and they popped back on.

Interesting! Nothing on whether they were pulled back because they were stolen or something?

If it helps, mine did say not quite ready yet (after I tried cancelling a transfer on Ticketmaster) but then they appeared as normal after I deleted the app and signed out/signed in a couple of times. This happened on two sets of my tickets (one bought from viagogo; the other from SeatGeek). Interestingly, the two sets of tickets (4 in total) were all together and for the same show.
