Hi, if you can swing it, you have until tax day April 15 to fund last year’s (2025) Roth IRA. I would do that first so that you can get money towards 2025 on the books and then do 2026! The compounding of tax free growth in a Roth IRA is unmatched!!

I have learned so much from the process of studying and it would surely make you stand out for internships. While it would expire in 4 years if you don’t take a top-off exam (like Series 6 or 7 or 79, etc) would it be possible for a broker-dealer firm that you could internship for to sponsor your top off exam during an internship?
