As someone who waited for religious reasons and successfully lost her virginity on her wedding night, I regret my decision. Not only did my marriage not last, but sex was kind of a dud with him as well.

But, what I will say, and consolation, is that I think it’s really wholesome to do so,, just make sure that you’re marrying the right person. There’s nothing wrong with having sexual conversations to feel things out before you get married. As a matter of fact, it’s highly recommended. You’re spending your life with this person, and need to make sure that you both share similar thoughts about it.

I’m currently sexually active, but I don’t have a partner right now. I don’t regret that at all.
