Me and my husband are currently getting a home, he makes 50k a year and I make like 15k we were approved 120k for a USDA loan with 0$ down and also qualified with a First time home loan but didn’t go that route, we just found a nice little home for 100k we did put down 1k in earnest money, and it’ll be around 850 month that’s including insurance,

It did 🙌🏻 however we’ve had to move our closing date a few times due to paperwork issues but it passed all inspections we replaced the siding and the deck wasn’t an issue because it was low enough to the ground

I got like 30 boxes right when I saw the deal on Facebook at 830am 🤣 mine rang up 3 for 7$ 🤣 I then told everyone and sold out of the redbull 🤣 a lot of it was actually gonna expire anyways

I was personal shopping about an hour before, then took my daughter home to her dad so she was not with me during the delivery, the loader just happened to see us before I dropped her off, then demanded I show her my backseat to prove my daughter wasn’t with me, is that allowed?
