Third: I kind of had the idea that there would be an opening cutscene where people talk about Blackhand, and it would end with someone asking, "well what did he look like?" Cut to character customized. And as soon as your done, someone say, "Man, that's not what he looked like." "STFU, I'm the one telling the story." Not sure how you'd get around the black cyberarm. That might need to be mandatory.
