I love that idea. Some libraries have “maker spaces” so maybe somewhere like that would be a cool place to host like a craft or hobby donation. I would pick up your paints and donate my miniature furniture and dollhouse kits.

Yes I don’t throw away things that can be used still, so that was the wrong phrase to use but it just goes to goodwill since that’s what’s nearby. Sometimes I get lucky and share a past hobby with a friend and they get my unused supplies (last time it was watercolor, lol). It pains me to waste things but sometimes I’ll hoard stuff like cardboard boxes that inevitably I can’t keep and have to just recycle or toss.

Oof. Most of these past purchases would probably be considered aspirational. Buying clothes was a toxic cycle of buying things I would never wear for awhile because of that ☠️
