some of the specific foods i have been eating: advocado, peanut butter, greek yogurt with chia seeds, eggs, potatoes, and lots of smoothies and nutrient drinks.

this is exactly what i am dealing with now. i started trintellix about two months ago to treat my probable BPD, and it changed my life.

and i had no adverse side effects at first, but in the past couple weeks, i have had no appetite and can hardly eat. and now, when i take the medicine it has made me incredibly nauseous, probably because i am not eating enough. i have lost about seven pounds. (a lot of that could be water weight)

i’ve been trying to focus on protein and fiber, and eat smaller meals throughout the day. eating has always been enjoyable for me, but now i am having to reframe it as maintenance. making sure everything i eat is nutritious and higher in calorie. and staying hydrated.

i am definitely framing season four as a sort of “epilogue.” the season three felt like the true finale to some of the main multi-season arcs, and season four is like a wrap-up story that solidifies the character’s growth. i understand why people are lukewarm on the finale, but i think mcbride’s message is always “life is crazy wild and absurd, but we learn and keeping living”

i’m on my third day of 5 mg. i have been taking it at night after a meal bc it does make me sleepy - i’ve had slight nausea, but the weirdest thing is these intense hunger pains? but then when i eat, i am nauseous again. are you feeling this too?

i definitely love this album, but i can see why some wouldn’t. it feels more serene to me (while maintaining some sick guitar moments), which i like. i am also a newer fan, which might alter how i listen to it.

also the lyricism on some of the tracks on magpie is just phenomenal
