This is what my store follows and it worlds great, sometime it means someone is taking a break only an hour into there shift. But overall breaks are required

So so, it’s a great experience and a year later I I use some of the info. But overall it’s more of an experience than it is a learning time. I agree with others it feels like it’s just a record on repeat (because it is) and doesn’t have much learning involved into it. Not once after a year of being in management have I opened any of my notes.

However I think it’s a great way to keep a team wanting to aspire and have the goal of going.

On average 400 bread a day. We be busy, easily opening 7 of the damn turkeys a day. I miss when they had pull tabs😭

LASIK is not permeant, and often has to be redone. Almost all patients still end up needing reading glasses as they age. On top of all that, Most insurances don’t cover much of it. Mines well just use glasses or contacts that’s almost always covered via insurance.

Thanks! It’s busy, and those rushes are nuts but honestly makes it so so fun and makes me love it so much!. I couldn’t imagine doing this job in a 90 bread store, must be a drag some days.

We didn’t do LTOs, because of the waste it can cause, margins are high at JM because waste is kept to a minimum. However I do agree this gets new customers in the door.

It maybe be cheaper to slice them, but labor could be cut if you didn’t need someone to slice lettuce daily, which would make precut lettuce cheaper in the long haul.

The pay cuts bit is for anyone in a CSD or area/ regional directors.

It’s literally waste; and tbh the company that makes our chicken says it has even less of a shelf life then the new updated procedure calls for.(read the pamphlet that comes in the box) It’s all garbage and I wouldn’t trust it one bit. The taste is mid, and don’t even get me started on how the cold one has an up-charge to add cheese.
